Building a mental health program: support for your local employees, international travelers and assignees.
During our recent web meeting on the role of the Chief Health Officer, the mental health of employees was highlighted as the next big challenge for organizations. Participants agreed that the CHO needs to bring the health, occupational safety (HSE) and human resources departments to the same table to work together on developing and implementing appropriate initiatives for employees.
It is important to early identify potentially at-risk employees and systematically initiate and implement the necessary measures to protect their mental health. Together with our partner Workplace Options, our experts address these issues and present first solutions:
