Building a mental health program: support for your local employees, international travelers and assignees.
During our recent web meeting on the role of the Chief Health Officer, the mental health of employees was highlighted as the next big challenge for organizations. Participants agreed that the CHO needs to bring the health, occupational safety (HSE) and human resources departments to the same table to work together on developing and implementing appropriate initiatives for employees.
It is important to early identify potentially at-risk employees and systematically initiate and implement the necessary measures to protect their mental health. Together with our partner Workplace Options, our experts address these issues and present first solutions:
- How to build a mental health strategy for your employees,
- Why mental health, well-being and resilience programs must not only address today's workforce challenges, but also lay the foundation for the future of COVID-19 work,
- How to empower leaders to identify and support individuals with mental health conditions, breaking the taboo of talking about mental health and enabling employees to bring their full potential to the organization.
The session will be held in English. We will be happy to send you the complete set of slides in German afterwards. If you have any questions in advance, please contact us at email@example.com.
