Kelly recently joined International SOS in 2021 as a Senior Security Advisor. Prior to joining International SOS, she spent 20 years with The Coca-Cola Company serving in numerous roles within strategic security, information assurance, and global asset protection operations; most recently as the Chief Security Officer and Vice President. She also served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President from 2010-2012.

Prior to joining The Coca Cola Company, Kelly was a special agent with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Office of Criminal Investigations, where she was one of the first twenty agents hired into the newly established agency.  Kelly was also a special agent for the former U.S. Customs Service, Office of Enforcement (now known as Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.  Her responsibilities included managing and conducting criminal investigations, dignitary protection, anti-terrorism and foreign counterintelligence initiatives and operations.

She is a graduate of the University of Florida and the Harvard Business School, General Management Program.  She currently serves on the boards of the International Security Foundation, the Domestic Security Partnership, the International Security Management Association, the Overseas Security Advisory Council and serves on RAND Corporations’ Advisory Council for the Center for Global Risk and Security. Kelly was voted one of 2017’s Most Influential People in Security.

Rich joined International SOS in 2019 as a Senior Security Advisor.  Prior to joining International SOS he worked for United Airlines for forty years, thirty of those years in the security department and the last twenty-two of those years as the Chief Security Officer (CSO). During his thirty years in aviation security he worked very closely with multiple government entities including the FBI, U.S. State Department, DHS, TSA, U.S. Customs and the intelligence community as civil aviation was, and remains, a primary target of terrorists.

While serving as the CSO for United, he was appointed to the the U.S. State Department's Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) where he served from 2007-2018, The FBI's Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC), where he served from 2007-2018 and the Executive Committee from 2010-2018, joined the International Security Management Association (ISMA) from 2007-2021 and was elected to their Board of Directors from 2016-2021. He is also the President and Board of Director of the International Security Foundation (ISF) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Domestic Security Partnership (DSP).  The ISF and DSP are 501C3 entities that support OSAC and DSAC.  He was also appointed to the Center for Strategic International Studies (CSIS) as a member of the Global Security Advisor Group (GSAG).

In the aviation sector, he was six time chairman of the Airlines for America (A4A) and three time chairman of the International Aviation Transportation Association (IATA). He was also the vice chair of both associations five times. Most recently, in 2018, he was appointed to be a member of the Blue Ribbon Task Force - Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Mitigation to address the growing issues of drone traffic at airports. He is an accomplished public speaker who has spoken at airline and airport safety and security conferences around the world. Rich was voted one of 2015's Most Influential People in Security.

Stevan joined International SOS in 2018 as a Senior Security Advisor. Prior to joining International SOS, he served as Executive Vice President at Sony Pictures Entertainment where he spent 16 years before retiring in 2018. After a successful career at Sony, he launched Bernard Global and saw global demand for his services grow rapidly.

His extensive experience includes the protection of personnel, content/data and properties in over 50 countries, on 6 continents.  Prior to Sony he served in key leadership roles in technology, energy, food, law-enforcement and the military.  For his service in Vietnam he was awarded the Bronze Star, among other commendations. 

Stevan holds degrees in criminal justice and psychology.  He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy at Quantico.  He also served on the National Defense Executive Reserve for the DOE.  He has been a certified fraud examiner (CFE) for the past 30 years and is an active member of OSAC committee’s to include cybersecurity, strategy and partnerships.  Steve also serves on DSAC’s Senior Advisory Group (SAG).  For the FBI Steve is a Strategic Engagement Advisor with the Office of the Private Sector.  And, he is a Life Member of ISMA.

John joined International SOS in 2006 as Vice President, Global Security and Intelligence, and transitioned to his current role as Senior Security Advisor in 2019.  Prior to joining International SOS, he was Assistant Director for International Programs of the Diplomatic Security Service, U.S. Department of State.  In this capacity, he was responsible for protecting the Department's international facilities and personnel from the threats of terrorism, espionage and crime.

As a Special Agent of the Diplomatic Security Service from 1985-2006, John served in various operational, protective and investigative positions.  His service in Washington, D.C., included duty as Director of Intelligence and Threat Analysis, Director of Anti-Terrorism Assistance, and Chief of the Office of Professional Responsibility.  Overseas, he served as Regional Security Officer in Russia and Switzerland, and also served in Afghanistan, Cuba, Haiti, Hungary, Liberia and Somalia, among other assignments.

Before his assignment with the State Department, John served as a military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army.  He holds a BA in Modern Languages from Widener University; an MA in Spanish Language and Literature from Temple University; an M.B.A from Southern Illinois University; and is a graduate of the U.S. Foreign Service Institute School of Russian Studies, and the U.S. Army War College.  John is a Life Member of ISMA; OSAC Council Member, DSAC representative, and Energy Security Council representative; is a member of the American Foreign Service Association; and served for five years as a member of the Editorial Board of the Foreign Service Journal.  His foreign languages are Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian and German.

Dave joined International SOS in 2023 as a Senior Security Advisor. Prior to joining International SOS, Dave spent 36 years with The Boeing Company, leading one of the world's largest and most complex security organizations within the industry.

Dave also led the Boeing interface for both national and international security policy engagement with numerous government and industry advisory groups. He represented Boeing as a past co-chairman and current board member on the Domestic Security Alliance Council and served as a member of the Threats and Information Committee for the Overseas Security Advisory Council. 

Dave currently holds several board leadership roles for non-profits with the mission to protect people globally. After retiring from The Boeing Company, Dave started his own firm, DSKomendat Risk Management Services, with the goal of sharing the lessons.
