HOW CAN WE HELP?
PHASE 1: MEDICALLY-LED ADVANCE PLANNING

During the planning phase and based on your unique event needs, our consulting team can:

  • Evaluate the current medical and COVID-19 situation in the event location, along with potential capabilities of nearby local medical facilities to manage and support your staff
  • Develop/Review event specific protocols and procedures based on local regulations (this can include travel requirements, such as entry to and exit out of the event country as well as COVID-19 specific risk mitigation planning)
  • Provide tailored, evidence-based recommendations on how to mitigate medical and security related risks to your delegates
  • Develop an Event Support Medical & Security Response (Evacuation) Plan
  • We can even deploy staff to scope the event site on your behalf
  • Based on the above analysis, we'll recommend services to ensure the health and safety of your delegates is priority, such as: number of medical/security staff for the event, testing programmes to support the attendees onsite, requirement of a digital tool to keep track of tested /vaccinated attendees, webinars & briefing sessions for attendees (reassuring them of protocols and ensuring maximum attendance), educational content (e-learnings, etc.) and even medical equipment.
PHASE 2: ON-THE-DAY EVENT SUPPORT

Based on the bespoke planning and analysis undertaken in phase 1, we can provide you with the following services to ensure a seamless attendee experience on the day:

  • Dedicated medical staffing at your event, which could include nurses, paramedics or doctors with standby equipment for primary and first responder care
  • On the ground support through a fully-briefed Health or Security Coordinator
  • Delivery of testing programmes, either onsite or support with travel requirements (as well as complete management and coordination of the programme)
  • Workshops, Webinars & Briefing Sessions, tailored for delegates delivered by our global Health & Security Advisors
  • Medical equipment, such as medical supplies for the event, ambulance services and testing kits
