IN MEDICAL SITUATIONS, EMAIL: medsea@internationalsos.com | CALL: +65 63 501 930 | BACKUP: +65 69 373 123

GET STARTED WITH THESE 3 STEPS
1. KNOW HOW & WHEN TO CONTACT US

Always contact from the onset of symptoms, 24/7/365.

Our research shows that the sooner you call us, the more likely crew are to avoid further discomfort or detours if the situation worsens.

Download and distribute our poster which includes the email and phone number your vessels need in order to contact us.
2. HAVE THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION READY

Every time you contact us, we always require:
  • New Case form [click to download]
  • Digital photographs of the injury.
  • Your up-to-date medical kit inventory - allowing us to more easily provide medication recommendations
  • If seafarer consents to MedSea updating their company about their medical situation, a signed ROMIF consent form is required. [click to download example]
Having these ready as soon as you call will help us to expedite your case
3. MAKE A TEST CALL

  • Purpose: to check the lines of communication
  • Call: +65 63 501 930 | OR Backup number: +65 69 373 123
  • State 'my name is [Name], I am calling from [Vessel name], this is a test'.
You can do this at any time and we encourage your vessels to get into the habit of using our service whenever they need, wherever they are.
