WEBINAR | IMPOSTOR SYNDROME
Wednesday 3 August 2022  12:00 BST
Do you ever doubt your skills, talents or accomplishments?

The majority of us have some doubts about our abilities - for example, when we start a new job or receive a promotion - despite rational evidence of our competence.  However, if those beliefs persist, the loss of confidence can become debilitating.  It is believed that around 70% of the adult population suffer from this at some time in their lives.

In today's difficult employment market - with the number of vacancies in the UK currently at 1.3 million - it is more important than ever that your people are encouraged to fulfil their true potential.

Join Carolyn Taylor, Head of Mental Health, Resilience and Wellbeing, as she looks at the issues surrounding impostor syndrome - what are the signs, and how can people adjust their unhelpful thinking and become more confident in their abilities and in their role.

We expect the webinar to last around 50 minutes, to include a Q&A.  Should you be unavailable to attend at the scheduled time, please note that registrants will receive a link to the recording following the webinar.
