Your programme gives you access to 24/7 worldwide health, security, mental wellbeing and emergency assistance.  Get the support you need when preparing for your trip, whist travelling and in emergency situations whilst away. You can access our services digitally through the app or portal and if you have any further questions call any of our Assistance Centres.

Our Assistance App connects you with our teams of multilingual doctors, nurses, security and logistics experts.

The app provides pre travel advice, and a simple click to call option to contact us for medical care whilst abroad or in an emergency. Advice over the phone from our team is free for subscribers.

ACCESS OUR COVID TRIP PLANNER
To assist you in avoiding trip delays, unnecessary quarantine time, and other disturbances, be sure to use our COVID Trip Planner.

Available in the app and portal COVID Trip Planner lets you understand travel restrictions and requirements for specific trips based on your passport, vaccination status, as well as travel and entry/ exit rules by destination rules and other COVID-related considerations.

MyTrips is a great way to register and manage all upcoming travel, whether it be a flight, car rental booking or hotel stay.

Once your trip is added, you will be able to view the logistical details of your trip, see the impact of COVID-19 and understand any travel restrictions.  There is also information about our Assistance Centres and emergency details as well as information on the medical, security and travel risks for your destination.

Lastly, registering your travel allows you to be alerted in the event of a medical or security incident in your location.
