COMCOVER'S INTERNATIONAL SOS TRAVEL RISK MANAGEMENT
RESOURCE PORTAL
This portal provides travellers and managers country specific medical & security information, advice, alerts and COVID-19 travel restrictions. Travellers can download/print a Comcover digital membership card.

This is an essential tool for preparing, informing and keeping your people safe. App benefits include: mobile access to country specific (medical & security) risk information; up to date COVID-19 travel restrictions; call the closest assistance centre (24/7); tailored checklists based on itinerary; push notification alerts; share location (check-in) when travelling to high-risk destinations; and seamless integration with Tracker.
Tracker automatically delivers pre-departure information to travellers based on QBT booking data and allows managers to find and communicate with them in emergencies. Automated reports and online dashboards keep managers informed and travellers safe. 

The Return to Travel Pack includes a review of all available OMTA digital tools, configuration options, training resources and Assistance Centre FAQs

Tracker provides a better experience for travellers as they do not need to sign into the Members Portal to review destination travel risks and sign up for alerts. Travellers receive the same information via email and receive alerts for the duration of their trip. Tracker also integrates with the Assistance App by creating destination specific check-lists. Travel risk automation ensures all travellers are better prepared with no additional input from managers.

Tracker is free for all Comcover Members but is not enabled by default. Learn more or contact your International SOS Account Manager.

The Client Support Platform allows you to search for articles to self-resolve the most common enquiries, such as account and log in details, travel support, error messages and more. If an answer cannot be found, there is an option to submit a 'Further Help’ request from within the platform, which will be directed to our Digital and Client Support teams.
