Crisis Management: In a globalized, digitalized and multi-crisis world (ex: Covid-19, Ukraine), it is important to anticipate the risks that may affect your business and to act in an agile mode. During this workshop the following topics will be addressed: situation monitoring and risk/opportunity assessment, team orchestration and interoperability, crisis resolution process, and more.

Health at Work: Employees expect their organisation to support them in health issues at work as the pandemic generated new needs and corresponding innovative solutions. Topics of reflection during this workshop will cover mental health challenges and answers, infusing a healthy hybrid work model and supporting vulnerable employee groups, in the context of an ever complex world. Best possible options will be discussed together.
