The past two years have demonstrated that being successful and sustainable in business is bound to the resilience of your workforce. This includes your mobile workforce as well as employees in different locations and subsidiaries.

To better address this changing environment, we kindly invite you to actively take part in our new Workforce Resilience Day and exchange views with your senior peers in Security, HR, HSSE and Risk Management on this occasion.

This year's Workforce Resilience Day will take place in the heart of Zurich and Geneva and consist of two workshops and a networking lunch. The following topics will be discussed:

  • Mental Health: How to establish a mental health program in my organization? (1.5 hours)
  • Crisis Management: A pragmatic and agnostic methodology to adapt to the new reality (2.5 hours)

In order to meet your needs as closely as possible, we will be offering a flexible concept. Participants working in different organizational functions can benefit from both workshops. You can decide whether you want to attend the full program or only one of the workshops. During your registration you will be able to choose the option that best suits your needs. Please note that this event will be held in English.

The Mental Health Workshop will be taking place in the morning and led by Dr. Rachel Lewis. She is an award winning psychologist specialized in work, health and wellbeing. Dr. Rachel Lewis has over 15 years experience and her research and expertise has contributed to both governmental and organizational strategy, as well as policy and guidelines globally. The Crisis Management Workshop in the afternoon is lead by Gautier Porot. He is a security director and has more than 20 years of expertise in organizational resilience, crisis management and workforce protection. Gautier Porot advises and supports top management at numerous multinationals and international organizations in the development and implementation of their risk management strategy and operations continuity.

Please note that workshops will take place in smaller groups. The number of attendees is limited.

We look forward to receiving your registration. In case of questions please reach out to switzerland@internationalsos.com.
