Our supplemental offering provides travellers with pre-travel briefing access via digital channels. All members will continue have the capability to contact an Assistance Centre at any time.

Where does the information in TravelAdvisor come from? Which locations are supported?
The TravelAdvisor information (health risks, safety advice, required vaccinations, etc.) is surfaced from the International SOS Country Guides. Any country currently supported with an International SOS Country Guide is available for a pre-travel briefing within TravelAdvisor. This includes all risk levels.
Is a traveller’s information stored or saved? How can we be sure their information is safe?
The TravelAdvisor feature adheres to International SOS privacy standards.
Are previously created pre-travel briefs accessible?
Yes. Within the Assistance App and Portal, navigate to "My Travel Tools". After clicking on "TravelAdvisor", a list of travel briefs will be available. Pre-travel briefs will be automatically removed after 12 months.
