DUTY OF CARE & THE OSHA
EMERGENCY VACCINE STANDARD
November 17th, 2021 1:00PM EST
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recently released an emergency temporary standard requiring private employers with 100 or more employees to require COVID-19 vaccination - or weekly testing and masking for employees who choose to remain unvaccinated.

While the rule is currently tied up in the courts, the standard (if allowed) will require employers to ensure all unvaccinated employees working in person wear masks and provide a negative COVID-19 test on a weekly basis. How can employers prepare for this rule? What’s the best way to communicate with employees? And how do managers keep up with the ever-changing landscape?

Join our webinar on November 17th as our experts discuss how this standard highlights the importance of Duty of Care and keeping all employees safe.

Speakers:
  • Jim Swartz, Partner, Seyfarth Shaw LLP
  • Julie McCashin, SVP Health Services, International SOS
  • Dr. Richard Dockins, MD, MPH, Consulting Physician, Corporate Medical Advisors
