Uganda is currently facing an Ebola outbreak, and the World Health Organisation assesses the risk to be high at the national level, and low at the regional and global level.

Ebola virus is a potentially severe illness, killing an average of half of those it infects. Our health experts are monitoring the situation closely since the beginning of the outbreak.
