As the Executive Director of Occupational Health at Amgen, Nila leads Global Occupational Health, Ergonomics and pandemic strategy. Her career spans over 18 years with a high priority and commitment to developing programs that promote health, prevent injury and illness and improve overall worker wellbeing. Nila holds a bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California and masters of Science in Nursing from the University of California, Los Angeles, specializing as an Occupational and Environmental Heath Nurse Practitioner.
