Dr. Seid-Akhmet is overseeing International SOS clinical practices in Nur-Sultan and Almaty. Over his 15 year illustrious career, Dr. Seid-Akhmet has amassed a wealth of experience in general practice medicine and remote site medicine.

He has a keen interest in patient advocacy, training and education, ensuring that the clinic personnel are well trained and their medical skills are maintained at a high level. Dr. Seid-Akhmet enjoys all facets of patient care with a specific interest in occupational health and corporate wellbeing, advising clients on health and wellness programs targeted at reducing absenteeism caused by sick leave and improving the overall health of employees through a system of targeted health checks and data analysis.   

He holds a medical degree from the Karaganda State Medical Academy and various international postgraduate certifications, including those from Columbia University, Shandong University of TCM, Salzburg Open Medical Institute and Pirogov’s Russian National Research Medical University.

Dr. Aizhan is a general practitioner with specializations in emergency medicine and neurology. She has been in medical practice since 2008 starting as an ICU Doctor at the State Emergency Hospital in Almaty, and then working at various state hospitals and clinics as a neurologist, emergency doctor and general practitioner.

Dr. Aizhan joined International SOS in 2017 as a remote site doctor at one of the largest remote site projects in West Kazakhstan and has been providing routine, occupational health and emergency care to both domestic and expatriate patients. 

Dr. Aizhan graduated from the Kazakh National Medical University, Almaty and holds American Heart Association certifications in Basic Life Support- BLS, Advanced Cardiac Life Support-ACLS and International Trauma Life Support – ITLS.

Dr. Irina’s medical background is Pediatrics and Emergency Care. She has extensive experience in both the public and private health care systems. Dr. Irina graduated from the Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, Almaty, with a degree in Paediatrics (2002) and Emergency Care (2003).

She started her medical career in 2002 in Almaty State Ambulance Service, where she was practicing full range of emergency care including trauma, infections and general emergencies. She first joined International SOS in 2007 and was in children patronage, outpatient and emergency care, vaccination, medical check-ups for the next 6 years.

Dr Irina’s reputation speaks for itself as her patients hold her in the highest regard due to her ultra-caring nature toward them and their families and high degree of medical professionalism. Dr. Irina re-joined International SOS in September 2020 as a Paediatrician and we are very fortunate to have her back in our Almaty Clinic as the dedicated full-time peadiatrician.

Dr. Zharkynay graduated from the National Medical University Asfendiarov – Kazakhstan, Almaty and possesses an extensive medical experience in Gynecology.

Dr Zharkanay has focused her medical career in women’s health and has amassed a loyal patient following over the years.

She joined International SOS in December 2014. Starting from July 2021 Dr. Zharkynay resumed working two days a week at our clinic: Tue and Thu, from 9 am till 6 pm.

Dr. Kulman graduated from Asfendiyarov University, Almaty, Kazakhstan in 2000 and prior re-joining International SOS in March 2019 she has been practicing medicine in various private and state hospitals in Almaty, Kazakhstan. 

Dr. Kulman was practicing medicine at one of the International SOS clinics in Kazakhstan from 2005 till 2009.

Zhanar Magyrazheva re-joined International SOS in September 2021 as Clinic Manager based in Almaty.

She oversees all aspects of clinic operations and is responsible for the day-to-day management of administration services, which includes maintaining the highest possible level of patient care, patient medical support and customer service.
