SEE IT IN ACTION

OVERVIEW:
Multinational DoD contractor requested services to perform pre-deployment medical readiness evaluations for personnel working overseas to achieve two specific organizational risk and financial goals.

SERVICE:
Mod-15 Pre-Deployment Medical Screening

LOCATION:
Various U.S. CENTCOM AOR locations

PROBLEM:
Turnaround times were on average 33 days and the previous year there were extensive worker injuries and DBA Insurance expenses.

SOLUTION:
Based on the knowledge and experience of the problem at hand, the turnaround time to perform the MOD-15 exams was reduced from 33 days to 6.5 days.

IMPACT:
  • Employees ineligible to return to work were discovered much sooner, reducing losses resulting from worker injuries.
  • Over the course of 10 years, the contractor attributed $56 Million USD in associated Defense Base Act Insurance expense savings related to the medical screening and return-to-work programs.

By leveraging our global footprint of clinics and vetted providers, government contractors also have the option of having these assessments done locally in theatre, which greatly reduces loss time and ensures business continuity. Our technology ensures an ease of scheduling these assessments globally and end-to-end visibility of test results for transparency and reporting purposes.
