Case Study:
Medical Clinic Operation
The challenge
Operating a primary and emergency healthcare clinic at a site for a mine in Ad-Duwayi, with approximately 560 on-site personnel, presents the challenge of providing quality healthcare and wellbeing support in a remote and potentially harsh environment.
The solution
Our solution included stationing a doctor and nurse on-site and implementing a Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP). This ensured immediate medical care for routine and emergency situations, enhancing the overall health and safety of the workforce in the remote Central Arabian region.
The impact
Our implemented solution has positively impacted the health and wellbeing of the workforce. It has significantly improved access to medical care, ensuring prompt attention to routine health issues and immediate response during emergencies. As a result, the workforce enjoyed enhanced overall wellbeing while working in the challenging and remote Central Arabian region, contributing to a healthier and safer working environment.
