WEBINAR | HYBRID WORKING
Managing duty of care for wellbeing in a hybrid workforce
Thursday 22 November 2022  13:00 GMT
The International SOS Foundation and Affinity Health at Work have produced a white paper looking at the issue of managing duty of care for wellbeing in a hybrid workforce - the third in a trilogy, with the first looking at keeping business travellers healthy, happy and engaged; and the second looking at the psychological impact of remote rotational work.  This new research, the first of its kind, aims to explore the link between working patterns and wellbeing and perceptions of duty of care globally.

Over 1,000 employees completed the survey, representing a wide range of industries and sectors.

A key finding of the survey was that wellbeing continues to present a significant issue globally, with over 60% of respondents reporting lower levels of wellbeing and 40% experiencing burnout.

Join Carolyn Taylor, Head of Mental Health, Resilience and Wellbeing, and Dr Stuart Scott, Medical Director, as they present some of the findings from the white paper, with a spotlight on:

·         Indicators of workplace wellness

·         How to overcome work burnout

·         Managing mental wellbeing

·         Building employee wellbeing following the pandemic.

The white paper will be made available following the webinar, with the detailed findings, key messages and conclusions, and recommendations.

We expect the webinar to last around 50 minutes, to include a Q&A.  Should you be unavailable to attend at the scheduled time, please note that registrants will receive a link to the recording and white paper following the webinar.
