You can access our services digitally through the app or portal and if you have any further questions call any of our Assistance Centres.

Our Assistance App connects you with our teams of multilingual doctors, nurses, security and logistics experts.


The app provides pre travel advice, and a simple click to call option to contact us for medical care whilst abroad or in an emergency. Advice over the phone from our team is free for subscribers.
