Ask your people to download the Assistance App
Our Assistance App is an essential tool for preparing, informing and keeping your workforce safe. No matter where your people are working or travelling to, they will be able to access the latest health and security advice. And if they should need Assistance from one of our experts around the world, it’s one tap away.

  1. Go to your app store (The App is available on iOS and Android).
  2. Type in “International SOS assistance” (It has our company logo on it)
  3. Click download
  4. Open up the app
  5. To sign in, use your membership number
  6. When it asks for an email, use your company email address
  7. Please allow for push notifications and access to your location

Access the Medical and Security Portal and subscribe to Email Alerts
Know before you go. International SOS’ proprietary country guides give you and your people access to health, travel and security information at a country/regional and city-level. Compiled by our experts in the field, this includes the highest standard of healthcare, risk of crime, and other critical intelligence.

  1. Visit internationalsos.com
  2. Visit https://myportal.internationalsos.com/ to login.
  3. Find the ‘Email Alerts’ button on the right hand side of the page and click it
  4. Register for Email Alerts with your full name and company email address
  5. Tick the boxes for where you would like to receive updates for ‘real time country updates’, 'other updates’ and ‘scheduled summaries’.

We recommend our members to call us before each of their trips.

Here are a few examples about what our experts can help you with:

From a medical standpoint, we can let you know if the water and food are safe to drink and eat, if you need any vaccinations before arriving, how good the healthcare system is or if your medical prescriptions are illegal in that country and more. Related specifically to the current pandemic, we can also help you find travel restrictions, airport closures and more.

From a security standpoint, we can let you know if there are any areas you need to avoid in your destination city, if your hotel is in a safe location, what are the safest forms of transportation and if there are any planned protests coming up etc.
